Find us on Google

Our Google Business Profile carries the same name, address, phone number and hours as this page. If anything differs, the profile is the one to trust and we want to know about it.

What to tell us

The more you include, the tighter the quote. Room count and rough sizes, whether there are stairs and how many flights, the fiber if you know it, any pets and whether there have been accidents, and anything you've already tried on a stain. Photos help — reply to our email with them.

Service area

Hicksville, Jericho, Plainview, Bethpage, Levittown, Westbury, Syosset, Woodbury, Old Bethpage, Farmingdale, East Meadow and Mineola. If you're just outside that, call and ask — we often can.

What happens after you send the form

Your message goes straight to us, not to a lead broker or a call center, and it is not resold to three other companies. We reply during business hours with a written price or, where the job needs it, a question or two first. Nothing is booked until you say so, and there is no deposit. If we think what you are describing does not need us — a small spill you could handle yourself, or a carpet that is past cleaning and should be replaced — we will tell you that in the reply rather than booking a visit to say it in person.

Preparing for the appointment

The prep we ask for is small: pick up toys, cords, shoes and small items off the floor, and clear breakables from surfaces in the rooms being cleaned. You do not need to vacuum — dry vacuuming is our first step and doing it properly is part of the job. We move and block normal furniture. Beds, large sectionals, china cabinets, pianos and anything with electronics stay where they are. If you have a pet who finds strangers and equipment stressful, plan somewhere for them to be, because a truck mount is loud and the door will be open.

Getting a faster or more accurate quote

Room count and rough dimensions, how many stair flights, the fiber if you happen to know it, whether there are pets and whether there have been accidents, and anything you have already tried on a stain. Photographs help more than descriptions and you can simply reply to our email with them. For rugs, a photo of the back and of one corner of the fringe tells us more than a photo of the front. For upholstery, a photo of the tag under the cushion tells us the cleaning code, which decides the method and therefore the price.

Booking a rug collection

Rug pickup runs on a route rather than as individual trips, so we will normally offer you a choice of two days rather than an exact hour, and we confirm the morning of. Rugs are inspected and tagged in your house before they go in the vehicle, and you get a written condition report noting existing wear, moth damage, prior repairs, dye instability and pet contamination. Any additional work — urine treatment, fringe work, repairs — is quoted by phone once the rug is at the plant, before we start, so nothing appears on the invoice at delivery that you have not already agreed to. Turnaround is normally seven to ten business days for wool, longer for silk and for anything needing repair.

Payment, invoices and paperwork

Payment is taken on completion rather than up front, and there is no deposit for residential work. We invoice itemized by room and by service rather than as a single line, which matters if you are a landlord deducting from a security deposit, a business expensing the work, or a homeowner keeping records for a carpet warranty claim — texture retention warranties generally require dated invoices identifying the cleaner and the method, and a vague receipt is what usually fails. Commercial and managed-building work is invoiced on the terms agreed with your property manager, with a certificate of insurance provided ahead of the first visit.

Emergencies and after-hours

For anything urgent, call rather than emailing. We can tell you in half a minute whether it fits today. If you have a live water problem — a burst hose, an overflowing appliance, water coming through a ceiling — shut the water off, get furniture up off wet carpet onto blocks or foil, and call a restoration contractor rather than a carpet cleaner. Cleaning is the wrong first response to standing water, and the first twenty-four hours determine whether the carpet and pad can be saved at all.
