What actually happens when we clean a floor
The order matters. Skip step two and the rest of it is just moving mud around.

We walk the rooms
Before anything is unrolled we look at the floor with you and name what will and won’t come out. Permanent damage gets called before you pay, not after.

Dry vacuum first
Most soil in a carpet is dry grit. Pulling it out mechanically before any water goes down is what actually extends the carpet’s life.

Fiber-matched pre-spray
Wool, nylon, polyester, olefin and viscose each need different chemistry and temperature. Treating them alike is how carpet browns or shrinks.

Extract at heat and vacuum
Counter-rotating brush on traffic lanes and stairs, then high-heat extraction under high vacuum so solution comes back up on the same pass.

Neutralizing rinse
Detergent left in the pile is sticky, and sticky carpet re-soils faster than before it was cleaned. The rinse is what prevents that.

What cleaning will not fix
Most complaints about carpet cleaners come from work that was never possible in the first place. Here is what we tell you before we start, not after.
Abrasion
Sand and grit cut the fiber tips. That is why a carpet can look dull without being dirty. Cleaning removes soil; it cannot restore a fiber that has been physically cut.
Dye loss from pet urine
Urine swings from acidic to alkaline as it dries, and that swing strips color out of the fiber. Odor is usually fixable. Missing dye is not.
Bleach and sun fading
Both remove color rather than adding stain. The repair is a patch from donor material or a dye job, never a cleaning.
Delamination and old seams
When the secondary backing separates from the carpet, cleaning will not re-bond it. That is a repair, and sometimes it is the end of the carpet.
